This will be good for up to two weeks, and should be refrigerated during that time.

Prep your grill in advance of your barbecue cookout. Plan to start preparing the grilling surface about half an hour before you place food on it. The charcoals are ready to cook over once they are ash covered, and at medium heat. This is optimum grilling temperature.
